Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, and peace and blessings beupon the Messenger of Allah and upon his family and companions.
  Dear students of the Biomedical Engineering program at the Higher Technological Institute in the Tenth of Ramadan City, we are delighted to welcome you to the department. We wish you a successful academic year filled with excellence and distinction.
  Achieving this requires your continuous commitment to hard work, teamwork, regular attendance in lectures and exercise sessions, and constant reference to relevant course materials. Additionally, your passion for developing various skills is crucial.

  I also emphasize the dedication of myself and all colleagues in the faculty to provide everything that ensures uniqueness and excellence for the graduates of our department. We strive to play a leading role in meeting the needs of the profession in the job market.
  You, as the engineers of tomorrow and the pillars of the future, can compete both in knowledge and character. Always take pride in your department and institute.
